  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as personalized items, final sale items, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated at checkout or on the product page.

If your product does not meet these criteria, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back. Do not return the item without first obtaining an RMA number.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective items, incorrect orders).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item(s) and packaging (if applicable)

Once we confirm the defect or damage, we will arrange for a free return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.


6. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties that may be applied. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
